Price range: $2,275–$3,250 USD per event campaign

What’s included

  • One planning call and venue technical review.
  • One On-Site Livestream: one camera/operator, basic speech microphone kit or suitable venue feed, basic stream graphics, one supported destination, up to 90 minutes live within a five-hour total on-site call.
  • One pre-event 20–30-second Quick Promo Video from up to 15 supplied photos or 10 minutes of footage, with vertical and landscape exports, basic branding and licensed library music; one revision round.
  • Four text/graphic posts: two invitations, one reminder and one replay post, scheduled to one supported SayItRightNet℠ business presence and one client-owned social channel: up to eight placements.
  • The program recording trimmed at start/end and a short post-event summary of available attendance/viewing data.

What’s outside this package: Ticketing, registration-page build, venue AV, media placement fees and a standalone recap film are excluded. Tested venue internet required. No guaranteed attendance. The four posts replace the livestream package’s single replay caption.

Platform membership, paid advertising, premium network placements, applicable taxes and software subscriptions are separate unless included in your quote. Production calls include setup and pack-down. Local production assumes a location within 25 road miles of the agreed crew base; additional travel is quoted separately. Timing depends on receiving the agreed materials, access and approvals.
