What’s included
- One 60-minute strategy meeting and one 30-minute check-in each month.
- One local four-hour production session including setup, at one location with up to two speakers.
- Six vertical videos, 15–45 seconds each, and six text/graphic posts: 12 original content pieces total.
- Scheduling to one supported SayItRightNet℠ business presence and two client-owned social channels: up to 36 placements.
- Two email newsletters up to 500 words each, sent through one existing client email service to a client-supplied permission-based list.
- Up to two hours of updates to existing campaign pages, one consolidated content revision round and one monthly report covering available engagement, traffic and enquiries.
What’s outside this package: Fixed deliverables. New landing pages, full video productions, livestreams, paid media, community management and software are separate. Lower-tier quantities are not cumulative.

Platform membership, paid advertising, premium network placements, applicable taxes and software subscriptions are separate unless included in your quote. Production calls include setup and pack-down. Local production assumes a location within 25 road miles of the agreed crew base; additional travel is quoted separately. Timing depends on receiving the agreed materials, access and approvals.
Proposed monthly terms: three-month initial term, billed monthly in advance, then monthly renewal with 30 days’ notice. Final terms are confirmed in your quote.
