What’s included

• Two planning calls, a run of show and venue technical review.
• Two cameras and two crew: one camera operator and one producer/switcher monitoring the second fixed camera.
• Up to three hours live within one eight-hour consecutive on-site call, basic graphics and integration of one suitable venue audio feed.
• One supported destination, switched program recording trimmed at start/end, and two highlight clips up to 60 seconds with one revision round.

What’s outside this package: One room/stage. Venue PA, complex lighting, roaming coverage, extra operators, simultaneous rooms, full ISO edit, internet redundancy and additional destinations are separate.

Expected timing: Book at least three weeks ahead; replay and highlights within 7–10 business days.

Production calls include setup and pack-down. Local production assumes a location within 25 road miles of the agreed crew base; additional travel is quoted separately. Timing depends on receiving the agreed materials, access and approvals.
