What’s included

• One planning call and remote venue technical review.
• One camera/operator, a basic speech microphone kit or suitable venue audio feed, and basic stream graphics.
• Up to 90 minutes live within a five-hour consecutive on-site call including setup, checks and pack-down.
• One supported streaming destination, a local recording trimmed at start/end and one replay caption.

What’s outside this package: One room with a suitable camera position. Dedicated tested venue internet, audience PA, stage lighting, extra microphones, venue charges and extra travel are separate.

Expected timing: Book at least two weeks ahead; trimmed replay within five business days.

Production calls include setup and pack-down. Local production assumes a location within 25 road miles of the agreed crew base; additional travel is quoted separately. Timing depends on receiving the agreed materials, access and approvals.
