What’s included

• One planning call, simple run of show and one technical rehearsal up to 45 minutes.
• One remote producer, up to four remote presenters and up to 90 minutes live.
• One supported streaming destination, supplied slides, basic title/name graphics and a local recording.
• Recording trimmed at the start and end, one replay caption and one pre-event promotional post draft.

What’s outside this package: On-site crew, ticketing, guest recruitment, live captioner, full replay edit, audience moderation and registration system are excluded. Presenters supply suitable cameras, microphones and connectivity.

Expected timing: Book at least 10 business days ahead; replay within three business days.

Platform membership, paid advertising, premium network placements, applicable taxes and software subscriptions are separate unless included in your quote. Production calls include setup and pack-down. Local production assumes a location within 25 road miles of the agreed crew base; additional travel is quoted separately. Timing depends on receiving the agreed materials, access and approvals.
