SayitRightnet Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Content Policy

The SayitRightnet platform, including any network, website, or digital property established on the platform, is operated by SayitRight® Media, a division of marinemotion® inc.

SayitRightnet is designed to support community publishing, business promotion, local information networks, and creative media distribution while allowing users to retain control over the content they create.

These policies apply to:

the SayitRightnet platform
any network established on the platform
all users, organizations, and network operators participating in the platform ecosystem

Community Standards and Acceptable Use

To maintain a respectful and lawful environment, users may not publish, upload, transmit, or distribute content that includes or promotes:

Hate Speech or Discrimination

Content that attacks, threatens, or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Material

Content containing explicit sexual imagery, sexually exploitative material, or links to pornographic content.

Harassment or Threats

Content that promotes intimidation, bullying, harassment, or threats of violence against individuals or organizations.

Illegal Activities

Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities under applicable local, state, federal, or international law.

Defamation or False Statements

Knowingly publishing false or misleading information about individuals, businesses, or organizations.

Fraud, Malware, or Spam

Content involving:

deceptive marketing
phishing
malware or harmful code
impersonation
unsolicited bulk promotions

User Ownership of Content

A core principle of the SayitRightnet platform is that users retain ownership of the content they create.

All articles, media, listings, posts, and other materials published by users remain the intellectual property of the original creator or publishing organization.

SayitRight® Media and marinemotion® inc. do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

Users may edit, remove, export, or republish their content at any time, subject to platform policies and technical limitations.

Platform License for Operation

To operate the platform and its networks, users grant SayitRight® Media, a division of marinemotion® inc., a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

host content on the platform
display content on channels and network sites
distribute content within the SayitRightnet ecosystem
index content for search and discovery
display excerpts or previews for promotional purposes

This license exists only for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

It does not transfer ownership of the content to the platform.

Cross-Network Publishing and Distribution

One of the core features of SayitRightnet is the ability for content to be shared across cooperating channels and networks.

Content may appear on multiple sites within the platform when:

the original publisher authorizes distribution
network administrators approve the content for their community
automated syndication settings are enabled

The original publisher remains the owner of the content, and attribution will identify the originating channel or publisher.

Users may disable cross-network distribution or remove their content from the platform at any time.

Attribution Protection

SayitRightnet is designed to preserve creator attribution and source identity.

When content is shared across networks within the platform ecosystem:

the originating channel or publisher will remain credited
links to the source channel may be displayed
attribution information may not be removed by other network operators

This policy protects the rights and recognition of original creators.

Network Operator Responsibilities

Organizations operating networks on the SayitRightnet platform may:

curate content displayed on their network
establish additional community guidelines
remove or restrict content that does not fit their community standards

However, network operators must comply with the baseline platform policies established by SayitRight® Media and may not permit content that violates platform-wide rules.

Moderation and Enforcement

SayitRight® Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

remove content that violates platform policies
restrict the visibility or distribution of content
suspend or terminate user accounts
suspend or remove networks operating on the platform

Moderation actions may be taken with or without prior notice when violations occur.

Platform Access and Account Termination

SayitRight® Media may restrict or terminate platform access for users or networks that violate platform policies or applicable law.

Such actions may include:

removal of specific content
temporary account suspension
permanent account termination
removal of a network from the platform

Ownership of Removed Content

Termination of a user account does not transfer ownership of content to SayitRight® Media or marinemotion® inc.

Users remain the owners of their intellectual property.

When technically feasible, users may request a reasonable opportunity to retrieve or export their content from the platform.

Platform Role and Liability Disclaimer

SayitRightnet hosts content created by users, organizations, and network administrators.

All opinions, statements, listings, articles, and posts published by users are the responsibility of the person or organization that created the content.

To the fullest extent permitted under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, SayitRight® Media and marinemotion® inc. are not responsible for user-generated content.

The platform acts as a publishing and distribution service, not as the creator of user content.

Reporting Violations

Users who encounter content that violates these policies may report it to platform administrators.

Reports should include the location or URL of the content and a brief explanation of the concern.

Policy Updates

SayitRight® Media reserves the right to update these policies at any time to maintain the safety, legality, and operational integrity of the SayitRightnet platform and its networks.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
